Paper Submission
All contributors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit a proceeding; the proceedings of ISTESNE and/or a full-length original paper; for publication in Japanese Journal of Physics (JJAP) "Selected Topics in Applied Physics (STAP)". All invited and contributed proceedings and papers submitted will be peer reviewed.

Submission for Proceedings of ISTESNE
1. The complete camera-ready manuscript should be prepared with Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF)-file and be submitted via the symposium website. Authors are requested to prepare the manuscript according to the template of camera-ready manuscript and Authors check list as follows. Authors are also requested to give 3-5 technical keywords of the paper with the submission.

2. After the submission, Program Committee will send authors the confirmation mail. Program Committee will also request authors to fill "the authors check list" and "the copyright transfer agreement" of the article to the publisher, and to send them to Program Committee.

4. The proceedings of the "International Symposium on Technology Evolution for Silicon Nano-Electronics 2010" will be published in the periodical "Key Engineering Materials" with a separate soft-cover book edition. The periodical will be also available in full text online at www.scientific.net.
5. All manuscripts should be written in good English. Authors whose first language is not English are urged to seek assistance in correcting style, syntax and grammar. Please note that it is the author's responsibility to ensure that proper English be used in their paper prior to submission. Any manuscripts that is not written in good English will not be accepted.

1. The manuscript must describe original, substantial work of high quality, suitable for the journal.
