Oral presentation
1. The presentation times are as follows (including 5 min for question and answer period):
- Keynote Speech; 50 min
- Invited talk; 40 min
- Regular talk; 20 min
2. A LCD projector will be prepared for presentations. Speakers are strongly recommended to bring their own laptops, and to check if it works properly before the session starts. If you cannot prepare own laptop for your presentation, please contact the program committee (post_scaling@alice.xtal.nagoya-u.ac.jp) in advance until the end of May.
3. Speakers can connect their laptops to the LCD projector with a D-sub 15 pin connecter. A connection cable for conventional Windows laptops will be provided. If you hope other connection (e.g. Mini DVI for Mac), you have to prepare an adapter yourself.
Poster presentation
1. Each poster board is 170 cm (height) x 100 cm (width).
2. Boards will accept pushpins, which will be provided.
3. Each presentation will be assigned a board and will be labeled with the number of the paper (e.g., P-1).
4. Presentation time of posters is 16:50-18:50 on June 4 (Fri.), 2010. You can prepare your poster on the board from the lunchtime on the day.
